(set: $name to (prompt: "What´s your name, little girl?" , "")) Hi, $name! Welcome to the Halloween Hunt! You´re adventure starts in the middle of a deep dark wood. You can either [[explore the forest]] or [[go home.]]

You continue walking deeper into the forest. There´s a lake. You see a lift cabin on the sandy shore. There is something in the cabin. What do you do, $name? [[Go and look what it is!]] [[Go somewhere else!]]

Walking up the street where you live, you suddenly see an animal. It´s really dark outside. You can´t see what it is. What do you do, $name? [[Ignore it and go home!]] [[Go closer!]]

You come to the shore and open the lift cabin. There is a creepy, really creepy doll. [[Take it!]]

You want to have a better look. You slowly move closer, but you still can´t see it properly. You approach the unknown intruder even closer and [[...->go there]]

You are home now. Or, rather, at your mum´s place, since your parents have recently got divorsed - usual thing in Halloween stories. You open the door and ... you are looking at your mom. IOr somebody, who looks like her, anyway. She seems to be ofering you a drink. What do you do, $name? [[Check if it is really her!]] [[Leave instantly!]]

... it is a tiger and it is standing right in front of you. You get really scared. What do you do now, $name? [[Stay still where you are!]] [[Run!]]

You realize the tiger is friendly. You have a new pet, it seems. A scary pet, too. Your friends will be scared of you and your pet, but ... ... such is the toll of Halloween Hunt, $name. You run for your life. With a bit of luck you might get home safely [[...->Ignore it and go home!]]

"Hi, mom! Sorry for being so late!" No answer. There´s a can of coke in her hand. She is offering you a drink. What do you do, $name? [[Accept the drink!]] [[Smash the drink in her face!]]

You slam the door shut from outside and run down the stairs. You peep out from the front gate. The animal seem to have gone. There´s a bush next to your house. You suddenly have this fancy idea to look there. Will you? [[Yes]] [[no]]

With no thinking about it you accept the drink. To telel you the truth, there was poison in the drink which was supposed to immobilize you. Luckily, it didn´t work so well with your fit body and you managed to survive, call your friends, run away with their help and tell them never to try playing this game. You realize it´s not your mom. You throw the drink in her face, but it is too late. The door clicks shut behind your back. The strange woman has your mom´s body, but she behaves like a robot. You pretend you haven´t noticed anything, just to calm the situation down and wait for the right moment to flee [[...->basement ending]]

You jump over the small fence and check the bushes. There's a duck sitting there. You pat the duck. As you are enjoying your reward, a UFO lands in the middle of the street. The crew takes you and the duck with them. Now you are both living happily with aliens. This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. You throw away the idea of bushes and decid for a run. As you are enjoying your midnight jogging, Skittles start raining from the clear stary sky. Since you love Skittles, what do you do, $name? [[Eat some!]] [[Just stare at it!]]

You don´t find lakes and lifts appealing so you head on back to the forest. After some walking you find a house in the middle of a clearing. [[Go in!]] [[Keep walking!]]

There´s your dog. WAIT! you don´t have a dog... Oh he ran away. But the is something there [[Go and look what it is!]]

You keep on walking. Just as you turn around to see whether you are alone here, you step into the air and fall into a deep hole. And no, you are not alone. There is a handsome boy sitting next to you. Being a girl as you surely are, what do you do, $name? [[Talk to him!]] [[Try to climb out of the hole!]]

You look at the boy and move closer. He looks back and [[...->orange juice ending]]

The moment you reach for the doll, it boites your hand strongly. In the same instant the cabin door close with a swish and the lift takes you to the bottom of the lake. Water slowly fills the cabin. You know you can´t swim. Should you [[try to swim]] or [[do nothing?]]

You try to swim... ...and you make it. You walk away from the cold lake and you come back to the Main Crossroads, caughing and sneezing. You probably have a flu just starting. You wake up from a dream. Your are really sweaty. You wipe your forehead and think: "Phew! It was probably just a nightmare!" Then you look at your fingers. You scream: "MY FINGERS! THEY ARE GONE!" What do you do now, $name? [[Pray to Jesus!]] [[ Go back to sleep! ]]

"Hmmm great idea, $name, but i don't think it will work," says the boy. You ignore it. Then he says the same phrase again. Then the truth strikes you in the face. "How do you know my name?!" The boy does not reply. You ask agian with just a bit more anger in your voice. Still no reply. [[ say it agian ]] [[Try to climb out of the hole agian!]]

You snap angrily, "HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME!!?" Th boy relplies defiantly, "You mean $name? You have a tag on your shirt." You apologies for being so angry to him. You look at your shirt and [[...->no juice ending]]

You try to climb from the hole again, and after some scratching and digging and kicking you finally succeed. However, your fingers had it hard. the fingertips on your both hands start turning black and then just burst into flames... [[Ignore it and try to escape from the woods!]] [[Call for help!]] [[Keep calm and look for a doctor!]]

With hands burning the trees around, you run for it. You pass the house, the lake with a lift and finally the Main Crossroads. You escaped!! Congratulations. This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. No Trophies Awarded. Good ending. [[...]]

You call for help. Nobody answers. [[Call again!]]

You keep calm even though your hands are like two torches of flame and look around for a doctor. And a doctor you find. Next moment you are standing at the Main Crossroads together with your surprized dermatologist. This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. Trophy Number 10 Awarded. Good ending. Your prayer seems to go for hours. (You think he didn't reply, do you?) You slowly look at your fingers. A loud scream fills the room: "THE RE BACK! MY FINGERS ARE BACK!" Are you happy? This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. Trophy number 7 Awarded. Good ending. [[...]]

You go back to sleep hoping it is just a bad dream. There´s no waking up here, though. The Halloween Hunt has got you, $name! The end. Main Trophy Number One Delivered. Bad ending. [[...]]

There´s no harm in a sweet snack, is there? You start eating Skittles. You continue eating Skittles. Then you get fatter and fatter. Ant then you get really fat. Nobody likes you anymore but you don´t care. You´ve got your reward. This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. Trophy Number 5 Awarded. Bad ending.

You stare at the raining confectionery. Suddenly, one skittle hits your left eye. You can´t see with your left eye, so you need to see an eye doctor. You call again... ...and you are instantly transported to the Main Crossroads. This seems to be the end of your Halloween Hunt, $name. The end. No Trophies Awarded. Good ending. [[...]]

Please, be warned! You are entering a dark place full of unpredictable twists and hostile creatures. This particular path will lead you to an outdoor event called Halloween Hunt in the middle of the forest. The event was designed by Hailey and Milka (11) who hope that you enjoy your stay and in the end come out "with" a trophy rather than "as" a trophy. The Land Owner had to trim some trees, and, in this case, also comb some path endings, hopefully to the greater enjoyment of the players. "Would you like another drink?" she says monotoneously. You manage just a feeble "y-ye-yes...". After a couple of days and several failed escapes you are taken to the basement by a robotic creature that once might have been your mom. ... he turns into a penguin. The penguin is handing you a glass of orange juice with his wing. ... you really have a shirt with a name $name tagged on it. The idea gives you a dizzy feeling and then... ... you are standing at the Main Crossroads with the tagged shirt still on.
